A boutique design firm in South India is seeking a skilled Project Architect to join its team. This firm has gained a reputation for delivering high-quality design projects that prioritize user experience, efficiency of services, and building sustainability.

All members of the team are involved in the design process, working closely with the Founders & Principal Architects. This collaborative environment allows for knowledge sharing and training amongst colleagues.

The successful candidate will work directly with the two Founder & Principal Architects, who have a combined experience of over 60 years. They are committed to building the next generation of leaders within the firm.

The position entails working on 3D visualization, detailing concepts, preparing detailed construction drawings, and interacting with clients. A strong team player with a long-term commitment is required.

We seek candidates with good interpersonal skills and effective communication. Key activities include:
1. 3D visualizing
2. Detailing of concepts
3. Preparation of detailed construction drawings
4. Interfacing with Clients

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in architecture or design, or higher. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion design software is essential. A minimum of 2 years' work experience is also necessary.
