Seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill the role of Hostel Administrator. This position requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations of the hostel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in student affairs, housing management, or a related field. They must be able to maintain discipline and order among students, address grievances, and ensure overall well-being.

This is a residential position, requiring the candidate to stay within the hostel premises. A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful applicant.

Job Purpose

To oversee the smooth operation of the hostel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students.

  • Manage hostel administration, including accommodation, maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Maintain records of hostel occupancy and report any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are necessary for this position:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies with calmness and responsibility.
