Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Experience Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining courses on Canvas, ensuring that they are engaging, interactive, and accessible. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and create content that meets their needs.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams will be essential in delivering projects on time and meeting high-quality benchmarks.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working on Canvas LMS and/or CMS is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility standards for course design.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and H5P.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
