As a key member of our Finance Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administering timely, accurate, and efficient processing of payroll operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain payroll ledgers, prepare reports, resolve discrepancies, and perform routine audits.
  • Record and analyze financial transactions, receive and pay invoices, and prepare analysis and account reconciliations to detect irregularities.
  • Assist with reporting, business operations, domestic and international accounting operations and reconciliations, and finance strategy.

  • Develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address areas for improvement through feedback and reflection.
  • Apply critical thinking to bring order to unstructured problems and extract insights from industry trends.
  • Review work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance, and know how to use available tools.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills include thorough knowledge of payroll resolution, multi-state tax, and ability to work independently and collaboratively to find solutions.
