Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our team at Tradologie. This role will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other channels.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce Tradologie's offerings and demonstrate its value proposition.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their procurement needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client information and track sales activities effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback to improve services and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role (minimum 1–3 years).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for negotiation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.

Estimated Salary: ₹32,500 - ₹39,000 per month (in hand), depending on location and performance. The job is based in Noida sector 62.
