Sales Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead - Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for pre-sales, lead generation, and deal closure. Your primary focus will be on generating qualified leads, scheduling product demos, and collaborating with the sales team to manage leads through the sales process to closure.

Main Responsibilities

  • Utilize our CRM system to generate and track leads across assigned industries.
  • Schedule a minimum of 5 daily product demos to support lead conversion.
  • Achieve a monthly lead generation target of 45-50 qualified leads.
  • Pitch our products, conduct initial discussions, present product decks, and generate client interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage leads and support them through the sales process to closure.
  • Maintain a lead conversion rate of at least 30% from generated leads.
  • Drive adoption of our products across key sectors including Fintech, EdTech, NBFCs, Retail, and Corporates.
  • Assist in creating and presenting innovative ideas to enhance our products, driving increased sales and revenue.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for us to outperform competitors and capture more market share.
  • Enhance customer feedback channels and communication, ensuring a steady flow of reviews and insights.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for sales and management teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new sales and marketing strategies for existing and upcoming products.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the business development team or management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Marketing, Business/Business Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Possession of strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Good numerical skills and confidence to work with budgets.
  • Ability to take on leadership positions, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of industry news, market trends, and current events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the financial industry.

About the Role

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
