Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the offline brand experience and marketing efforts for our company.

  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all assets, including buses, lounges, uniforms, and other physical branding elements.
  • Collaborate with vendors to execute bus branding, uniforms, and other physical branding assets while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Implement visibility mechanisms to track branding effectiveness and maintain standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Management
    • Define and maintain brand consistency across all assets.
    • Develop branding guidelines for offline touchpoints and ensure compliance across all assets.
    • Work closely with vendors to execute bus branding, uniforms, and other physical branding assets.
  • Vendor Coordination
    • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for printing, uniform manufacturing, and branding execution.
    • Regularly audit and assess branding quality and maintenance in buses and physical locations.
  • Offline Marketing & Activations
    • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including hoardings, transit branding, bus stop branding, and agent activations.
    • Identify and execute on-ground branding opportunities to enhance our presence across cities.
    • Track marketing effectiveness of offline campaigns and optimize for better engagement and ROI.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in brand activation, offline marketing, vendor management, or retail branding.
  • Strong understanding of offline branding execution, vendor coordination, and operations alignment.
  • Experience in on-ground activations, branding audits, and visibility tracking mechanisms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for vendor coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for brand consistency and execution excellence.
