Highly motivated Structural Engineering Team Manager required to oversee BIM projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects with precision and focus.
  • Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate closely with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for seamless project integration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans through diligent effort.
  • Perform in-depth design checks, clash detection, and model validation to identify potential issues.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support in preparing comprehensive technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical queries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering with strong academic credentials.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects with a proven track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards is essential.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE) is mandatory.
  • Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are vital for success.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is crucial.
