Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned Training Program Manager, you will coordinate and execute comprehensive training programs focused on Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies. Your expertise in cloud and AI training will enable seamless execution of training logistics, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for training programs, catering to both Microsoft partners and customers.
  • Execute innovative and scalable training initiatives, emphasizing Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of technical training materials, including Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
  • Oversee the development of training curricula and content, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in project coordination or program management, preferably in the cloud computing or training industry.
  • Proven success in managing and executing technical training programs, especially those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple complex training projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating cloud and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
