Job Title: Engagement Specialist

This role focuses on employee engagement and performance management, ensuring a positive work environment and optimal workforce productivity.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in designing and executing effective employee engagement programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance workforce morale and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement plans to drive business results.
    • Conduct regular feedback surveys and analyze results to inform engagement strategies.
    • Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management System:
    • Implement and manage the organization's performance management system to support employee growth and development.
    • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic planning.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Maintain a fair and transparent work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
    • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to reduce attrition.
Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.
Education:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
