Senior Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to drive financial excellence and strategic growth within our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective financial analysis and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial analysis and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality financial statements and reports.
  • Accounting Closes: Lead the preparation of monthly accounting closes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal controls and audit standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders to develop actionable insights that drive operational and financial outcomes.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Consolidate and analyze annual budgets and rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Competencies Required
  • Influential Leadership: Influence senior stakeholders and lead teams in managing sensitive engagements with professionalism and consistency.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Expertise in high-stakes negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong command of data-driven decision-making, with the ability to identify root causes of recurring disputes.
  • Service Excellence: Champion of a service excellence culture, embedding accountability and resilience within teams to ensure superior customer experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Accountable for ensuring adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements through robust documentation practices and continuous process validation.
  • Performance Benchmarking: Setting and monitoring performance benchmarks, ensuring that all operational targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Financial Acumen: Excellent understanding of R2R – Costing, General accounting, JE preparation, Audit, Fixed Asset accounting, Reconciliation.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify inefficient/ineffective processes and develops recommendations to enhance controls and efficiency.
