About the Role:
Caring with Colour - A Manasi Kirloskar Initiative is looking for a Subject Matter Expert to join our Learning & Development Department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing experiential learning content based on the NCERT curriculum, working closely with our team to develop a teacher support system that enables teachers to adopt experiential teaching techniques in their classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement experiential learning content for teachers based on the NCERT curriculum
- Collaborate with the team to develop a teacher support system that enables teachers to adopt experiential teaching techniques
- Work with the education department and internal team members to achieve individual and collective goals
- Travel frequently to education offices, blocks, cluster level centers, and schools
Requirements:
- MA in English/Kannada or M.Sc. in Sciences
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Kannada and English
- Ability to travel frequently
About Caring with Colour:
Caring with Colour - A Manasi Kirloskar Initiative is a non-profit organization working towards improving the quality of education in government schools by enabling teachers to adopt experiential teaching methodologies. We have developed a teacher support system that includes experiential teaching content based on the NCERT curriculum, and an experiential teacher training system coupled with a technology platform called 'Teachopia'.
