Lead Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our team. As a lead designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to ensure consistency and alignment with brand strategy and tone.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in minimalistic and luxury aesthetics.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating the brand's message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
