Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing impactful visual content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs for social media, websites, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality visual content including ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives and reflect the brand's aesthetics.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize design decisions.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed.
  • Continuously improve skills and workflows by staying updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Creative mindset with additional skills, such as experience in marketing teams or agencies, and knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion graphics, and video editing as a plus.
