Customer Service Representative Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience by diligently managing and following up on inquiries/complaints of current/prospective clients.
  • Ensure efficient communication with clients via live chat or email, utilizing Hindi reading and typing skills.
  • Be well-equipped with our platform/product, including staying up-to-date on general market conditions.
  • Possess a strong ability to understand what customers truly need and convert it into constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management.
  • Ensure smooth frontline operations, flagging out any necessary discrepancies or situational risks to management in a timely manner.
  • Continuously seek improvement to enhance team performance and work efficiency, including overall work processes.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in finance/economics/mathematics or a related field.
  • Minimum diploma in business administration or business management with a keen eye for numbers.
  • Preferably candidates with 2-4 years of customer service experience, trained in frontline operations (live chat and email).
  • Advantageous for candidates with experience working in financial institutions, fintech.
  • Someone with sharp acumen and keen eyes for numbers and statistics is ideal for this position.
  • Proficient in English & Hindi in communication and writing to liaise with dedicated market counterparts.
  • Possess great passion to develop knowledge and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms.
  • Team player, committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to client requests for assistance.
