The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering frontline support, managing customer orders, and promoting products and services. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive and customer-centric approach.

  • Provide frontline support to customers on their day-to-day general inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Proactively explore customer needs and pain points through daily interactions and collaborate with the commercial team to maximise sales leads and opportunities.
  • Promote, up-sell and cross-sell of products and services to increase sales.

Key Requirements:

  • Freshers and previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Customer-focused and target-driven.
  • Good communication, collaboration, interpersonal and influential skills.
