We are looking for an expert to fill a critical role in our organization.

About the Job
  • We require a highly skilled developer with a strong background in full-stack development using Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in this field.
Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust RESTful APIs, as well as having hands-on experience with React.js (v18+) for frontend development.
  • Experience with state management using Redux and Context API is essential, along with knowledge of component architecture and performance optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB is also required.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience working with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is necessary.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like RSpec, Minitest, Jest, and Cypress is also required.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as deployment practices like Docker and CI/CD, is necessary.
