Job Title: Technical Lead

Elevate your career as a full-stack leader in a dynamic team environment. We seek an experienced technical lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.

  1. Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications with cutting-edge technologies.
  2. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using .NET Core, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  3. Design responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using ReactJS, delivering engaging user experiences.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables, fostering a culture of innovation.
  5. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality through rigorous testing and analysis.
  6. Mentor junior developers, guiding them towards continuous learning and professional growth.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, leveraging expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
  8. Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies, ensuring seamless project execution.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core, with hands-on experience in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL Server, with familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications and Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed.
