The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop new customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to measure performance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback.
  • Deliver effective sales skills training to the sales teams.

Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C Sales or Retail Sales, preferably in the Real Estate and Electricity/Water industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder.
  • A team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly goal-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Will to travel extensively, exceeding 60% of work time.
