About the Role:

As a seasoned quality professional, you will lead our quality management team in developing and implementing a quality management system that meets internal and external quality regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring certifications align with our Process Framework and corporate compliance for product safety.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a consistent Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Health, and Safety Management System (EHS MS), monitoring compliance with quality, regulatory, and EHS requirements through a quality information system with KPIs
  • Identify business issues, prioritize improvement projects, plan budgets and resources, select KPIs, set benchmarked targets, and coordinate quality-related goals for management, individuals, and teams
  • Coordinate third-party activities and align improvement programs, resources, and synergies with EHS, focusing on quality performance reporting to management for evaluation and improvement

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring certification meets regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate third-party activities and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and EHS requirements
  • Lead business issue identification, prioritization, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality goal setting
