Key Production Position:

We seek a skilled professional to fill this production role. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that production processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production meets plan requirements
  • Manage resources (manpower, machinery, materials, finances) for production
  • Monitor production progress, making adjustments as needed to meet schedule
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3-15 years of experience in manufacturing business
  • Proficiency in computer software programs (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
  • Knowledge of production processes and procedures (welding, assembly, testing)

  • Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes
  • Experience in executing large-scale production projects
  • Understanding of quality control and safety regulations in manufacturing industry/heavy fabrication industries
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies
