• Handle annual statutory and tax audits from inception to closure, adhering to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
• Possess knowledge of legislation and procedures pertaining to salary deductions and adhere to all prescribed ethical guidelines.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by senior accountants or management.
• Requirements:
• Relevant experience of 5+ years in finance and accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to build and manage financial models in Excel.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and Paybooks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective team work.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Office Timing: 1pm to 9pm IST
