Human Resources Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and performance. A key focus area will be talent acquisition and retention, with a strong emphasis on building a high-performance culture.

This role requires a proactive and solutions-focused individual who can develop and implement effective people management strategies, aligning them with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across design, marketing, and operations.
  • People & Culture: Foster a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work environment, promoting employee engagement, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Performance & Growth: Define Key Result Areas (KRAs), review cycles, and learning goals for all departments, drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Maintain HR policies, ensure legal compliance, manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
