Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for preparing design deliverables, specifications, and technical documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of design deliverables, including Design Basis, Instrumentation & Control system specifications
  • Specifications, Instrument Index and I/O List, Functional loop schematics, and Logic Diagrams, Inst. Datasheets
  • Installation drawings and Hookups, Inst. Location Lay outs, Cable Tray lay outs, Control room lay outs
  • Cable and Junction Box Schedule, Wiring and Interconnection drawings, Loop Wiring Diagram, MTO, Construction/Erection Tender, CAPEX support
  • Interdisciplinary Activities: P&ID review and update, 3D Model review, IDR/IDC, Cable tray layouts, Equipment layouts, Instrumentation Layout

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in instrument sizing, control valve sizing (InstruCalc, CONVAL), flow meter sizing, safety valve sizing
  • Air and power consumption calculations, thermowell wake frequency calculations, UPS sizing, transformer sizing, cable tray sizing, cable sizing
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG plants and NEC standards
  • Knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification
  • Instrument selection all types of field instruments, exposure to selection of instruments and systems for Hazardous areas
