International Visa Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to handle student visa applications for European countries. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in VFS processes, embassy documentation, and university application procedures.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end student visa filing process for European countries, ensuring compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
  • Review and verify all visa-related documents thoroughly to guarantee accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Schedule VFS appointments and communicate with students regarding necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
  • Fulfill university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria.
  • Manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
  • Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling multiple tasks simultaneously, including scheduling appointments, verifying documents, and communicating with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in student visa processing, with expertise in European visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification.
  • Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and PDF conversion/formatting tools.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
