US Healthcare Recruitment Leader

We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruitment Leader to drive performance and meet targets by overseeing a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, with 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and manage high-performing teams of US Healthcare recruiters to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across multiple clients and industries.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
  • Mentor and train team members to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics to optimize results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in handling VMS clients or direct clients in the US.
  • Exposure to IT skill sets across domains (cloud, infrastructure, dev, data, etc.).
