About the role

We are seeking a performance-driven mobile app marketer to spearhead installs, subscriptions, and conversions for wellness apps.

This role is centered around executing paid campaigns, optimizing user acquisition funnels, and ensuring scalable growth.

  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms to drive installations and conversions.
  • Develop and iterate on user acquisition pathways to ensure campaigns scale profitably.
  • Harness AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance enhancement.
  • Analyse campaign and funnel data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows.
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends and platform updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising Expertise

  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across Meta, Apple, and Google platforms.
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience driving growth in health and fitness apps.
