Job Title: Architectural Design Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Manager to join our team at ANSR Global Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating architectural designs and concepts based on client input and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create architectural designs and concepts based on client input and feedback.
  • Code Compliance: Interpret and apply building codes and requirements of other regulatory agencies.
  • Documentation: Prepare and revise documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, and details.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intent.
  • Quality Control: Check own work for accuracy and completeness and manage time to meet project budget and schedule.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate and deliver through all phases of architectural document production.
  • Design Revision: Modify designs to meet the changing needs of the client.
  • Communication: Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement design changes in the field.
  • Meetings: Attend project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants.

Requirements:

  • Independence and Communication: Ability to function independently yet communicate laterally and upwardly with ease.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues.
  • Project Management: Experience in handling projects with diverse and multiple internal/external stakeholders is crucial.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management is essential.
  • Work Management: Manage work and deliver within a dynamic environment.

Experience and Skills:

  • Architectural Experience: Proven architectural working experience of 3-5 years.
  • Code Knowledge: Good knowledge and application of accessibility codes and applicable building codes.
  • Documentation Understanding: Good understanding of all phases of architectural documentation.
  • Space Planning: Ability to conduct space planning, block planning, and adjacencies in coordination with the building program.
  • Software Skills: Extensive experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Architecture is a must.
