The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in outbound marketing or sales, exceptional English proficiency, and expertise with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and Clay. A tech-savvy mindset and ability to adapt to new software quickly are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy: Design and manage outbound marketing campaigns on Email and LinkedIn to drive conversions.
  • Messaging Development: Create high-performing cold email and LinkedIn messaging to engage target audiences.
  • Campaign Optimization: Identify, evaluate, and test new approaches to maximize campaign impact.
