Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

  • Job Summary: We are looking for a talented individual to support our growing student base in the U.S. by providing outstanding customer service, guidance, and support throughout the enrollment process.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct demo calls with prospective students to showcase our certification programs.
  • Build trust and provide detailed information on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
  • Answer student inquiries and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with students to foster engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet enrollment targets.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
