Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire supply chain function from procurement to delivery, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and inventory management.
- Develop and implement efficient production planning and scheduling strategies to meet customer demands.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor stock aging, and initiate timely disposal or consumption plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce (MBA or PG in Supply Chain Management preferred).
- Minimum 12-20 years of experience in supply chain or operations management in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, logistics, and warehousing practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Industry Background:
