Job Overview
The Business Solutions Analyst position at Jobs for Humanity is a dynamic role that involves working with clients to gather business requirements, analyze data, and implement solutions to improve business processes. This role is a part of the Transfer Agency organization and requires extensive knowledge of business analysis standards, processes, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze business/user requirements for processes and policies for our Transfer Agent clients.
- Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.
- Partner with Technology and other Business functions to ensure critical issues are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner to minimize client impact.
- Actively engage with clients to gather business requirements and assist with communication between business units and technology on issues, enhancements, and implementation.
- Provide support for Policy and Procedures rollouts and updates and assist with the daily/monthly client and dealer output processes and functions.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of Financial Services experience and domain knowledge with emphasis in Transfer Agency business.
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, and other modern approaches to project management.
- Extensive knowledge of Business Analysis standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.
Working Hours
Working hours will be 9:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST.
What You Bring
- Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
- Good understanding of workflow and process flow diagramming.
- Good working knowledge of MS products such as Excel, Word, Access, and MS Project.
- Good Team Player.
