As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government tendering domain
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful tender management
  • Conduct thorough research on various websites and portals to find relevant tenders and EOI/Empanelment notices
  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals and bids for IT and ITeS related services
  • Manage Tender MIS and perform post-tender activities as required

For this role, you will require exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of Microsoft Office and PDF tools, and experience working with government tenders. A minimum of 1-1.5 years of relevant experience in the Govt. Tendering Domain is essential, with knowledge of the GEM platform being an added advantage.
