Job Description:

Lead the AI revolution in our matchmaking platforms. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • AI/ML Strategy Leadership: Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Champion Innovation: Champion the integration of AI and LLM's to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage Recommendation Engines: Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy LLM-Based Solutions: Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced Analytics: Lead the analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Ensure timely execution of high-impact AI/ML projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact the business KPIs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations.

Requirements:

  • 18+ Years in Technology Leadership: Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • Education & Experience: B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred
