Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of a real estate property or portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize property performance and value.
  2. Managing day-to-day operations, including leasing activities, maintenance and repair, and tenant relations.
  3. Monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Implementing and enforcing property policies, procedures, and regulations.
  5. Supervising staff members, delegating tasks, and providing training and support as needed.
  6. Liaising with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
  7. Conducting regular property inspections to assess the condition, safety, and overall quality of the property.
  8. Analyzing market trends and competition to make informed decisions regarding rent pricing, marketing strategies, and tenant retention.
  9. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate management.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
