Job Title: City Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee city-wide operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Lead the team responsible for on-time delivery of services across the city.
  • Manage end-to-end ground staff and last mile operations, including deployment, training, uptime, and servicing.
  • Analyze processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve service efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10-14 years of experience in driving business and last mile operations.
  • A proven track record of handling large teams and complex operations.
  • Exceptional data and analytical skills to own performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design an efficient instant-delivery network to minimize delivery timelines and maximize efficiency.
  2. Develop scalable processes that expand the value proposition and can be replicated in top cities.
  3. Create performance monitoring metrics by tracking KPIs such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, and cost per service.
  4. Drive service staff acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms used by the operations team.
