We're seeking an expert in software development to join our team as a Technical Staff Member. As a key contributor, you'll design and implement backend infrastructure and APIs, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems.

  • This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI integration into production systems, with expertise in building complex, high-performance systems using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, Python, Android, and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as proficiency in RDBMS (SQL) and familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to discuss and implement ideas.
  • Build responsive, robust and optimized applications.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in software development with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in building complex, high-performance systems.
  • Strong MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning and understanding of model interpretability and responsible AI practices.
  • Deep experience in designing scalable, distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, and principles like the CAP theorem and fault tolerance.
