Job Title

Lead Architect: A Strategic Position

 

This leadership role requires a skilled architect to lead architectural and master planning projects, focusing on comprehensive planning, design, execution, and quality control.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Directing project teams to ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with land acquisition teams to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Scheduling meetings with consultants and internal teams to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Evaluating consultant deliverables throughout various project stages.
  • Ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Developing comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration with engineers, designers, and architects to refine and finalize design concepts.
  • Overseeing site visits to monitor execution quality and provide guidance.
  • Providing technical guidance to construction teams to resolve design-related challenges.
  • Conducting final inspections to ensure completion meets specifications.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp, hands-on experience required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience working on-site is beneficial.
