About the Role:

The Deliveroo Enterprise Technology team designs, builds, and sustains the IT services powering the company's internal teams globally. To improve service delivery, we automate tasks and drive service improvements continuously.

We are looking for an Enterprise Service Management Specialist I - Asset Management & JML to support the documentation of our Technology Asset Management lifecycle. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the company tracks, manages, and reports on all Enterprise Technology assets.

This position will work closely with colleagues within Enterprise Technology, including Workplace Technology, Operations, and partners outside of ET to ensure all assets are recorded, tracked, and maintained in accordance with Asset Management policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development of Policy and Process.
  2. Analyse and optimise the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilisation, and disposal of Technology Assets within Deliveroo.
  3. Ensure the assurance of the end-to-end Technology Asset Management lifecycle.
  4. Reclaim and recycle licences no longer required and reduce licensing commitment with vendors.
  5. Utilise the Technology Asset Management toolset to manage software & hardware assets, ensuring assets are assigned and managed within Deliveroo policy.
  6. Presentation of key metrics within the ET Technology Asset Management's scope in live dashboards, allowing self-service.
  7. Collaboration with and influence of colleagues and teams outside of direct control to ensure Technology Asset Management policies and processes are adhered to.
  8. Support Technology Asset Management audit activity both internally and externally.
  9. Contribution to making the ET elements of JML a pleasure for employees and stakeholders.
  10. Processing of new joiner requests and timely ordering of hardware.
  11. Processing of leaver requests and timely collection of hardware using third-party suppliers.
  12. Collaboration with hardware supplier(s) and business leads to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.
  13. Making individual onboarding and offboarding status visible to hiring managers and stakeholders. Learn from stakeholders to improve their experience.
  14. Contribution to meeting JML Service Expectations & Service Levels.
