Job Title: Tech Lead Engineer

We are looking for a skilled tech lead to join our team of engineers. As a tech lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software systems, working closely with other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.



Skillset
  • Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, object-oriented design, and cloud development using AWS.
  • Experience in REST API integration and unit testing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.


About the Role

This is a hands-on software development position that requires writing high-quality software that performs at scale, is supportable, and extensible. You will work autonomously or in a small team on specific product features with occasional guidance and in coordination with other team members. The role also involves leading other backend engineers in design and development-related challenges and reviewing their work to ensure quality of deliverables.



Responsibilities
  • Design and implement product modules in Java and related frameworks.
  • Develop new user-facing features - websites and extensions across several major browsers.
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code.
  • Write clean, well-designed, testable, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Integrate product with external partner APIs.
  • Enhance application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.


Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or directly related discipline.
  • 4+ years of hands-on industry experience as a full stack developer.
  • Believe in achieving higher technical excellence and customer satisfaction every day.
