Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing responsive user interfaces for internal and external banking websites, mobile banking apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in development from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable steps and solving them efficiently.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and standards in mobile design.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is beneficial.
  • Experience in designing web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, and digital transformation.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • In-depth understanding of human interface design guidelines, including Apple's, Android's, and Google's.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant tools.
  • Skills in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
