About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Advanced AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling AI algorithms, models, and platforms that directly shape our core products and client solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead AI Solutions Development: Ensure scalability, efficiency, and robustness of advanced AI solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with strategy, product, consulting, and client success teams to embed AI into enterprise use cases.
  • Business Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into transformative AI products for founders, product leaders, and global clients.
  • AI Lifecycle Management: Drive the full AI lifecycle from ideation to design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
  • Pushing AI Boundaries: Experiment with new methodologies, tools, and architectures to push the boundaries of AI.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in AI/ML, EE, or related disciplines.
  • Experience building AI-driven SaaS or enterprise solutions.
  • Understanding of Generative AI, conversational AI, reinforcement learning.
  • Proven track record of leading teams/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior startup or co-founder experience (even if small-scale) is a plus.
