Seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead release management and DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile processes, and CI/CD tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple environments with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain release calendars and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of releases.

Release Management

  • Manage software releases, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess impact and risk.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Facilitate release readiness meetings and post-release reviews.
  • Resolve conflicts and dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery.

DevOps & Automation

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor and optimize deployment processes for scalability and reliability.
  • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Release Management and DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
