We also offer the Livelihood Programme, which prepares youth for sustainable careers by imparting transferable life and employability skills.

The programme details are as follows:

  • Manage resources, staff, and local partners to deliver the Livelihood program at district level.
  • Lead a team delivering Livelihood program and manage their performance.
  • Achieve targets in mobilisation, needs assessment, skills training delivery, and placement in work or education.

This role requires knowledge of MIS and computer skills, ability to multitask and manage people and time, and excellent communication and teamworking skills.

Graduation in any stream is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, including 2 years at a leadership role.
