- We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on campaign experience and a strong understanding of e-commerce or real estate marketing funnels.
- In this role, you will manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms, analyse performance, and scale what works.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, setting up, and managing paid campaigns across various platforms.
- Analysing campaign performance and optimising to achieve business goals.
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
- Building and testing different audience segments and funnels.
- Tracking daily budgets, pacing, and adjusting for maximum ROI.
- Staying updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
- Providing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
- Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
