Key E-commerce Development Position

We are seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to lead our digital transformation efforts. As a Hybris Expert, you will be responsible for driving the commercial area of our business forward by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative strategies.

About the Job:

  • This role involves project management, digitalization, and creating a book of requirements to meet business needs.
  • You will support the business in defining and describing their exact needs in a systematic and structured way.
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals and manage vendor technical answers.
  • Prepare, organize, and facilitate workshops to align business processes across agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery teams in developing and implementing applications.
  • Collaborate with technical demand teams and business change managers.
  • Prepare, organize, and execute key user training.
  • Manage the user acceptance (change management) and smooth rollout of applications.
  • Create and execute the roll-out plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud certification is highly preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a SAP Commerce Cloud Developer with a strong focus on Hybris and backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and related services.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud best practices and services.
