Site Excellence Manager

The ideal candidate will be a strong influencer with a proven track record in driving performance enhancements, waste reduction, and efficiency optimization.

  • Develop and drive the implementation of site-level manufacturing excellence master plans to achieve world-class outcomes.
  • Lead change management processes, aligning all departments to work together in implementing best practices, and coach managers to develop high-performing teams at all levels.
  • Ensure effective execution of training and development programs by aligning site/line management and coordinating quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to operational teams on process loss and waste reduction strategies, participate in and lead improvement projects using structured methodologies, and engage in daily review meetings to provide expert analysis of opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer goods manufacturing and process improvement, preferably with a degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, MS or MBA preferred.
  • Strong influencing skills, ability to persuade senior stakeholders using data-driven insights, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships, internal and external, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated managerial leadership and team management expertise.
