Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for our applications across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Private Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, containerization technologies, and scripting languages. They will be responsible for automating repetitive tasks, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring infrastructure health and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Private Cloud to automate the deployment and testing of applications.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers: Work closely with software engineers to integrate deployment pipelines with application codebases and streamline workflows.
  • Implement Monitoring Solutions: Develop monitoring solutions to ensure infrastructure health and performance; troubleshoot issues as they arise in production environments.
  • Automate Repetitive Tasks: Use tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks and manage cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 Years of Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure engineering.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in cloud platforms on AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
  • CI/CD Tools: Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, and hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Containerization Technologies: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for deploying applications at scale.
  • IaC Tools: Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Scripting Languages: Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automating infrastructure tasks and deployments.
  • Monitoring Tools: Understanding of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch to ensure system performance and uptime.
