Responsibilities



  • Data Monitoring: Monitor processes, alerts & data pipelines.
  • Pipeline Execution: Execute pipeline flows as per the plan and SLAs.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and fix pipeline failures.
  • Business Validation: Perform business and data validations as per the SOP.
  • Reporting: Report and document incidents encountered during routine operations.
  • Timely Execution: Timely execution of manual tasks/ processes.
  • Communication: Communicate timely updates to clients/ other teams regarding any delays or issues.

Requirements



  • Strong Analytical Abilities
  • Competency in MS Excel, with ability to write basic functions, perform data entry and formatting, and create PivotTables.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal).
  • Rotational Shifts.
  • Good Education Background (Full time education please).
  • WFO 3-5 times / week.
