Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues related to Autodesk products, particularly Revit.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in the AEC industry, assisting customers in getting the best out of their software.

  • Resolve customer issues reported to Autodesk through various channels, including chat, phone, web, and online forums.
  • Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers on product features, usage, and design automation.
  • Research, verify, and document product issues and solutions in our Knowledge Base or internal case management system.
  • Prioritize and escalate important issues while monitoring service level compliance.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Civil or Architecture.
  • 6 or more years of experience in the industry, preferably with in-depth knowledge of BIM standards, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Exceptional team player skills.

You will have the opportunity to work independently, with close guidance given at critical points. Your strong escalation handling skills and ability to influence product management and development will make you a valuable asset to our team.

  • Proficiency in Autodesk products, particularly Revit.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Civil or Architecture.
  • 5 or more years of experience in the industry.
